1. Go to Settings -> System -> Network Interfaces to change the IP address, netmask, gateway or DNS server information of a network interface.
2. Click the Edit button in the Actions column at the right side of the interface row.
3. In the Edit Network Interface window, enter the new values in the Address, Netmask, Gateway, Dns Server 1 and Dns Server 2 fields, then click Save. All five fields are required and must be valid IPv4 addresses.
4. Click Apply Network Changes below the interface list and confirm with OK. The network service is restarted and the new configuration takes effect.
If the system needs a proxy to reach the internet, you can configure it in the Proxy Settings section at the bottom of the same page. Turn on Enable Proxy, enter the proxy address in the http://user:pass@proxyaddress:portnumber format and click Save. The server must be restarted for the proxy change to take effect.
