The Eps Stats widget is a dashboard widget where you can get information about the traffic generated by the events happening in the network system and the number of events happening at the moment. Logsign Unified SecOps Platform performs the necessary operations and presents the result without you having to write any query.
To add it, open the dashboard you want to use and click the + button. The Add New Widget window opens. Select the Eps Stats card in the widget list on the left; you can type in the Search widgets... box to find it quickly. Enter a name for the widget in the Title field, then choose what the widget should display in the Widget Type field. Choose Event Per Second (the default) to see the number of events happening at the moment. The other options are Filtered, Drop and Persisted.
The remaining fields are optional. Hostname limits the widget to a specific host, Time Interval sets the interval of the chart, and Use Widget Time Range lets the widget use its own time range instead of the dashboard's. You can also pick a Widget Color and fill in Help Information and No Data Notice. Click Preview to check the widget, then click Save to add it to the dashboard.
Only users whose role has the dashboard editing permission see the + button.
