Data Transfer Tools User Guide

With the newly introduced Data Transfer Tools feature, you can back up your Archives, Signed Logs, or Config Backups from Logsign USO to any server using either FTP (port 21) or Rsync (port 22).

All you need to do is enter the backup server details under Settings > Data Management > Data Transfer Tools

While filling in the Rsync section, you are required to provide a path for testing. Make sure that the path you provide for the test contains only a small number of files; otherwise, the test connection may take a long time.

Once you enter the necessary information and run the Test Connection, receiving a success message means that the process has been completed successfully.

The backup operation will then be performed automatically every day at 5 AM, based on your server’s local time.
