Checking offline package integrity

Please follow these steps to check the integrity of the offline package after downloading it, you may especially need this in case of packet loss or corruption during the download process.

 

Check the current md5sum value for update_procedure.tar.gz file by using this link

 

for 20.04:

- Check the current md5sum value for logsign_packages.tar.gz file by using this link

 

for 24.04:

- Check the current md5sum value for logsign_packages_2404.tar.gz file by using this link

 

 

These hashes change for every release. You can verify by using these commands to ensure the packages are downloaded correctly and not corrupted.

 

md5sum update_procedure.tar.gz
md5sum logsign_packages.tar.gz
