Jira Service Management Response Integration via API

We log in with your admin authorized account via the link below, select Create Classic API token, fill in the necessary information and save the given token.

https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens

We will need this when adding a response.

NOTE: The API Key is only visible once, so keep it safe.

Then you can log in to Logsign USO and complete the response addition process.

We also state below the information you should pay attention to during the response addition phase.

The part that looks like the top will be where you will write your domain. You will only get the “yourcompanyname” field from the part that appears in the example.

Then you can test and see that it was created successfully.

After integration, you can send tickets by using magic button under incident or by taking automatic action under action rule.
