This article provides information about the process of sending email notifications from the incident management panel.
When you want to manually send an email, you can follow the steps below.
Device: Select the mail profile. (It automatically appears with one profile or the default integration.)
Method: In this field, choose the sending method for the message. (Default: Send)
To Users: Select the users you want to send the email to.
To Others: Select other users you want to send the email to.
Subject: Write the subject for the email you want to send.
Content: Write the content for the email you want to send.
You can also add columns to the Subject or Content fields to include dynamic content.
Once the process is complete, you can send the email by clicking on Submit.
