Incident - Response - Send SMS


In this document, the send sms method in Incident Management will be explained for the SMS Provider integrated with Logsign.


1-> After logging in to Logsign, we go to the " Incidents -> " page, click on incident to open the case.


2-> In the window that opens, we go to the Incident Summary page to use the More button and the Logsign Magic button.



3-> We continue by clicking the Logsign Magic button on the lower right corner.



4-> We continue by clicking on the integrated SMS in the Action window.



5 -> We continue by completing the information.



6 -> We can observe the result of the operation as follows.
