Overview
Microsoft Teams is a proprietary business communication platform developed by Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products. Teams primarily compete with the similar service Slack, offering workspace chat and videoconferencing, file storage, and application integration.

Logsign 6.3.+ versions support this integration.
Configure On Microsoft Teams
Forwarding settings are completed as follows:
- Open Teams for desktop.
- Select Settings and more
in the top right of Teams, then select Settings
> Privacy.
- Select Manage API under the Third-party app API section.
- Turn on the toggle next to Enable API.
- If the API token is empty, select Generate to generate a new one.
Note: Changing an API token will disconnect any devices using that token.
- Use the token to pair the device with Teams. For more help pairing your device, reference the device’s documentation or contact the device company’s support.
Configure On Logsign
Forwarding settings are completed as follows:
- Click Settings > Integrations > Responses.
- In the ‘Search’ part, write Microsoft Teams.
- Click ‘Configure’ and then click ‘+Device’.
- Define the settings as follows:
- Device Name: Define the Device Name.
- Api Key: Specify the api key.
- Click Create to save the changes.

- Channel Id: Specify the channel id.
- Message: Define the message you want to see.
